It's all about the "E"

I have spent 20 years in Marketing roles at Shell Brazil, Nestle USA and Kimberly-Clark Europe, and another 10 years as a consultant at Brand Learning (now part of Accenture) developing and delivering large capability, leadership and change programmes. My most recent experience as an employee was immersing myself in the world of behavioral science, working as a behaviour change director at Mind Gym.

I believe the world is craving for more "E"s. Individuals and teams need to enable and better balance their energies, they need more external perspectives, promote excellence, more entrepreneurial spirit, with less rationality and more emotions. Better employee and customer experiences, more enjoyment and enthusiam, and so many more "Es".

So I've decided to walk the talk and do the same for myself. I set up All About the E. So I can spend my energy, my enthusiasm and experience doing what I love and helping my to bring more "E"s to their individuals and teams.
